Restrictions
- All Property Owners must be members of the
Paradise Bluffs Home Owners Association
- HOA Approval required on all Home Designs
- Minimum Square Footage:
(3,200 Sq Ft for Homes,
2,600 Sq Ft for Lake Front Condos)
- Minimum 2 Car Garage required
- Fencing must be Wrought Iron (as perimeter) and approved by HOA
- Dog Runs may not exceed 1,200 square feet, location must be approved
by HOA and maintenance is the responsibility of the Home Owner.
- Boat and Boat Trailers must be stored in the Garage or at storage, not outside.
- No Commercial Business
Dues*
$100/month per lot owned
$400/month per home owned
Dues Include trash
removal, street maintenance, dock maintenance, park maintenance, landscaping
crew, fence and gate maintenance.
